Kapawa News introduced its first ever column dedicated to the martial arts on March 6, 2004. The column is entitled “Martial Arts World” and is written by James U. Sy Jr. of the Conceptual Martial Arts Society, the premier martial arts researcher and writer in the Negros Island. The column’s maiden article was entitled “Martial Arts Revival in Negros.”
