CMAS 3RD USLS EXPO DREW THE BEST

The Conceptual Martial Arts Society-USLS (formerly USLS Aikido Club) under the leadership of Club President Joey Arnold Toga, VP Enrique Barraca III, and Secretary Lorlyn Lozada and the supervision of Founders Narciso “Hansy” L. Alojado and James U. Sy Jr. successfully held the 3rd USLS Martial Arts Expo on September 9, 2003 at the USLS College Covered Court, University of St. La Salle, La Salle Avenue, Bacolod City as part of the USLS University Week celebration. 61 martial artists (14 black belt or instructor level, 18 women) representing 13 organizations participated.

The event was the largest and longest running university-based multi-style martial arts exposition in Bacolod and in Negros Occidental.

The participating organizations were Bacolod Aikido Enthusiasts (BAE) of Maxwell J. Maun Sensei, Black Falcon Martial Arts Association-Main (BFMAA-Main) of Joery C. Amante Sensei, Black Mamba Arnis (BMA) of Master Dominador “Jun-Jun” L. Villaluna, Conceptual Martial Arts Society-USLS (CMAS-USLS) of Narciso “Hansy” L. Alojado Sensei, Dangayan Singkaw-Ryu Aikidokan (DSRA) of James U. Sy Jr. Sensei, Fight Club Combat and Streetfighting Center (FC) of Edwin J. Tusil Sensei, Kalantiaw Defense Society (KDS) of Grandmaster Dominador “Doming” D. Ferrer, Kimdo Martial Arts Organization (KMAO) represented by Jorim “Nene” C. Valencia, Kyokan Dojo (KD) of Noel and Stella Fuentes Sensei, Lapu-Lapu Viñas Arnis Aficionados Association (LVAAA) of Headmaster Wilson “Nonong” E. Viñas, Philippine Pencak Silat Association (Philsilat) represented by Sy and Alojado Sensei, Tapondo International Federation Inc. (TIFI) of Roy R. Flores Sensei, and Yaming Arts (YA) represented by Victorio C. Perez Sensei.

Other instructors present were Instructor Joeffrey S. Deriada (LVAAA), Master Instructor Servando “Diotay” Largo, Jr. (LVAAA), Cargeoren T. Lusabia (FC), Dante L. Robles (LVAAA), and Renny S. Tolentino (FC).
