2007 SUMMER BEST OF NEGROS M.A. EXPO: EXPLOSIVE RENAISSANCE AT SM BACOLOD

The Tapondo International Federation Inc. (TIFI)-Bacolod Chapter and its sister organization Tribu Hangaway (Warriors Tribe/Club), both under Negros Island Chief Instructor Roy R. Flores Sr., 6th degree black belt Tapondo, in cooperation SM City Bacolod made history with the successful and explosive of the 2007 Summer Best of Negros Martial Arts Expo last April 7, 2007 at the Activity Center, SM City Bacolod, Reclamation Area, Bacolod City.
The event was held under the sanction of the Intercontinental Federation of Filipino Martial Arts Schools (IFFMAS) of President Master Elmer V. Montoyo, 6th degree black belt, and Negros Occidental Baston Federation (NOBF) of Col. Atty. Grandmaster Marcelo C. Jalandoon, Ph.D. 17 martial arts organizations from Bacolod , Bago, Iloilo , and Talisay Cities and Murcia were in attendance.
Organizations that gave demonstrations included Bacolod Oido de Caburata Arnis Society (BAODCAS) of 1st Generation Inheritor Grandmasters Jose and Arturo Aguilar, Conceptual Martial Arts Society (CMAS), Inc. of Founders James U. Sy Jr. and Narciso “Hansy” L. Alojado, Fight Club Combat and Streetfighting Center (FC) of Founder/Chief Instructor Edwin J. Tusil, Oido Fencing of Grandmaster Sotero Tario, Original Filipino Tapado Long Stick Fighting Association (OFTLSFA), Inc. of 1st Generation Inheritor/Grandmaster Benefredo “Bebing” Mamar Lobrido, Sundangan Baneg of Mandala Baldwin Garrucho, Tai Chi Circle of Bacolod (TCCB) of Peter Yap Sifu, and Tapondo International Federation Inc. (TIFI)-Bacolod Chapter and Tribu Hangaway of Negros Island Chief Instructor Roy R. Flores Sr.

(PGBI) of Chairman Nelson Demegelio, Lightning Scientific Arnis International-Philippine Dynamic Arnis (LSAI-PDA)/Philippine Si-Su-Do Philippine (PSSA) of Grandmaster Rogelio H. Galvarole ,KaliSilat Arnis Association (KAA)/Traditional Shotokan Karate Arts (TSKA) of Grandmaster Danilo “Danny” Cardinal, Guinabo Arnis and Combat Sports (GACS) of Grandmaster Felix A. Guinabo, and Vasquez Modified Martial Arts International (VMMAI) of headmaster Mike Vasquez.
