23RD NOPSSCEA TKD CHAMPS CROWNED

The awarding ceremonies of the 23rd NOPSSCEA Season were held on January 24, 2004 at the USLS College Covered Courts, University of St. La Salle, La Salle Avenue, Bacolod City. Crowned champions for the taekwondo competition were Bacolod Tay Tung High School (elementary girls), St. Joseph's High School (secondary boys and girls), University of St. La Salle (women's), and West Negros College (men's).
