BURBANO RECEIVES MEDAL AND COMMENDATION FROM MAYOR VALDEZ

Bacolod City Mayor Luzviminda “Joy” S. Valdez honored taekwondo champion John Robert P. Burbano of the Bacolod Consolidated Sport Management Association (BACSMA) with a medal and certificate of commendation on October 27, 2003. The certificate read, “for being an exemplary young citizen of the city and standing as a role model of our youths today. He has proven that one can achieve many good things, instead of engaging in activities that would endanger the future of today’s young people.”
