The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in cooperation with the Philippine National Police (PNP) sponsored an arnis training for 117 barangay tanods in La Castelllana with Masters Dominador “Jun-Jun” Villaluna and Romeo “Roming” Postrano of Black Mamba Arnis as instructors on March 16, 2004.
