Grandmaster Ernesto “Erning” A. Presas officially awarded Master Michael “Zimba” Ma-alat of Hinigaran his 9th degree black belt grandmaster rank under the sanction of the International Philippine Martial Arts Federation (IPMAF) during the graduation ceremonies of the 9th Kombatan Training Camp on May 6, 2005 at the Presas Beach, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
