PIMAA-FTSDA DEMO AT VILLASOR SUBD.

Red belts Gilbert Go and Bernel de los Santos made a Filipino Tang soo do and pencak silat demonstration at the invitation of Prk. Vice President Solila on May 22, 2005 in Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City as part of the celebration for the Annual Fiesta of Villasor Subd.

Go and de los Santos are students of Philippine Integrated Martial Arts Academy-Filipino Tang Soo Do Association (PIMAA-FTSDA) Founder/President Master Elmer V. Montoyo and are among the first to give Bacolod and Negros Occidental its first gold, silver, and bronze medals in an interregional pencak silat tournament. Go snatched the gold in the men’s goloc sini and the bronze in the men’s empty hand sini during the 1st Iloilo Governor Niel Tupas Cup Festival Pencak Silat Visayas-Mindanao Tournamnet Championships held on November 6-7, 2004 at the Iloilo Sports Complex, Lapaz, Iloilo City. De los Santos took a silver each in boys’ goloc sini and boys’ empty hand sini.

Prk. Vice President Solila is a 3rd degree black belt of the PIMAA-FTSDA and Assistant Provincial Jail Warden.

Brgy. Capt. Ricardo Danoy was present to witness the demonstration.
