3RD PHILSILAT NEGROS OCCIDENTAL REGIONAL TECHNICAL SEMINAR WORKSHOP HELD

Philippine Pencak Silat Association (Philsilat) Western Visayas/Region 6 VP/Director Orlando G. Garpa and Iloilo Province Coordinator and National Wasit Jury Francisco Arboleda Jr., both of Tigbauan, Iloilo, Conducted the 3rd Negros Occidental Philsilat Regional Technical Seminar Workshop on March 6, 2004 at the PIMAA-FTSDA Main Gym, Paglaum Sports Complex, Hernaez St., Bacolod City.

The event was held with the sponsorship of Philippine Pencak Silat Association Negros Occidental tru the the Conceptual Martial Arts Society (CMAS) of Bacolod City Coordinator James U. Sy Jr. and Vice coordinator Narciso “Hansy” Alojado and the Philippine Integrated Martial Arts Academy-Filipino Tang Soo Do Association (PIMAA-FTSDA) of Negros Occidental Coordinator Master Elmer V. Montoyo. 11 instructors and 7 players representing 7 martial arts organizations from Bacolod City, Talisay City, and Victorias City were in attendance.
