BACSMA JIN, NY STATE TKD CHAMP
Bacoleña Geraldine Faye Recaido made Negros proud when she was crowned sparring finweight champion and poomse (forms - taeguk 8) bronze medalist at the New York State S. Y. Kim Taekwondo Championships on May 15, 2004 at the Francis Lewis High School Gym, New York, USA.
Recaido started taekwondo with Founder/Head Instructor Joel R. Casiple at the Bacolod Consolidated Sports Management Association (BACSMA) in Bacolod City. With her transfer in the US, she continued her taekwondo studies under Master Kim S.-Y., founder of S. Y. Kim’s Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts Center.
FMA is for Filipino Martial Arts. FMA Circle is a group of persons and organizations sharing a common interest or revolving about a common center. That common center is the Art and Craft of Martial Arts as practiced, and developed by Filipino Warriors and Scholars of the Warrior Ways. In short, FMA Circle is dedicated to any Martial Arts as practiced by Filipinos.
