ATLETA JUDO CLUB GETS 3 NAT’L INDIVIDUAL BRONZE
The Administered Training Leading to the Empowerment of Talisay Athletes (ATLETA) Judo Club of PAJA Chief Professor Kinjho Masaharu K. Shihan, 8th dan black belt, brought home 3 bronze medals from the 2005 Philippine National Individual Judo Championships held by the Philippine Amateur Judo Association (PAJA) in cooperation with its Cebu Chapter on April 21-23, 2005 at the Cebu City Sports Center, Cebu City.
The bronze finishes qualified the AJC judokas to represent the Philippines in the 23rd Southeast Asian Games on November 27-December 5, 2005. Bronze medalists for AJC were Shallane T. Bello (45 kg.), Patricia Marie L. Kinjho (57 kg.), and Jovelyn R. Laboriante (+78 kg.).
Kinjho Shihan, the head of the AJC delegation, team manager, and coach, was one of several judokas and the City Mayor of Cebu who received an award from PAJA. Kinjho Shihan’s award was on Special Outstanding Sports Activities in the Philippines.

That common center is the Art and Craft of Martial Arts as practiced, and developed by Filipino Warriors and Scholars of the Warrior Ways.
