ABS-CBN featured Elmer P. Montoyo Jr. Kyosanim, Chief Instructor of the Philippine Integrated Martial Arts Academy-Filipino Tang Soo Do Association, in its program TV Patrol on March 6, 2004. The segment taken was focused on pencak silat olahraga.

Earlier that day, the 3rd Negros Occidental Philsilat Regional Technical Seminar Workshop was conducted by Philippine Pencak Silat Association (Philsilat) Western Visayas/Region 6 VP/Director Orlando G.
