MASTER MONTOYO APPOINTED AS WFP BACOLOD COORDINATOR

Wushu Federation of the Philippines (WFP) Region 6 Head Coach Arnold S. Tinagan of the Iloilo Tinagan Martial Arts Club Inc. (ITMACI) met with officers of WFP-Negros Occidental at Lola’s, Galo St., Bacolod City on March 29, 2004 to discuss the group’s propagation programs for the year.

Head Coach Tinagan made official the appointment of Master Elmer V. Montoyo, Founder/President of the Philippine Integrated Martial Arts Academy-Filipino Tang Soo Do Association (PIMAA-FTSDA, as the Bacolod City Coordinator for the federation with a certificate declaring the same.
